Blog 10: Evaluation of Blog experience

Hello everyone! Today is the last blog of the semester and is the moment to write about the experience and the learned skills.

In this year thanks to blogs I think I learned many more words and to improve my reading comprehension, but one of the things more important is that thanks to blog I can comunicate many personal aspects with my classmates and friends.
I never in my life use a blog and I think was a good experience learn English in another way (for example: in the school never use other things for learn English except listenings and guides).

Important part to learn English is meet many words, many times a word gives meaning to a text and in this semester I learnt more words also I hope learn more English specially speak and pronounce better.

Maybe it would be interesting that write in the blogs about actual topics for example news and problems in the world and also propose a topic. In this sense the blog about art it was my favorite. I like the blog methodology, maybe I could include links with exercises or keywords or the forms would be good.
 

Blog Nº7: Carrer related Web site

Today I gonna a write about the Web site that I mainly use when I start a job or when I need seach a information, is a Web site very popular with a lot of articles, links, news and sections. I personal believe is a good option for start a job, because delivers a first vision about a topic.

1)Title page: In this part, the web site include the languages (53 languages!!), prominent article (about a interesting fact of history or cultural things), ephemeris and news.

2)Wikipedia Commons: This part is about the images, includes a lot of type of images, photographies and multimedia articles, has interesting images, in good formats and qualities especially paintings, drawings and maps

3)Present: on the cover is the news section, it is interesting because it allows you to inform about events that are happening, deaths and celebration in the world.

it's great to be able to review the "see also" "references" "bibliography" "book links" at the end of the article, help to complement the investigation.

 5)Art section: Is very complete and includes different types of art.

 In general I like encyclopedias, especially when they are very complete, they are always a good starting point to look for information, the bad thing about wikipedia is that sometimes people edit information badly and it is also a simple option to get information.

Blog Nº 5: A photograh you like

One of the photographs that I like most was part of a project that I did last year. I took it to a friend in her house, she is a transsexual and started her process last year. This photo is important for me because during that time we shared a lot, in his house he attended a store while his family lived in Antofagasta. We spent the afternoon watching movies, series or talking. This year she went to live north and I really miss her a lot, during the summer I went to see her and it was very exciting now I hope to see her in February.

We are friends from school and accompanying her in this process was very important for me. This photograph is taken with an analog camera and with a photographic film. It was a surprise when I saw this picture because it showed her transition at a time when she was very lonely. I always help in other pictures that I take, but without a doubt this is the one I did best.
